My name is Antonio Ortuño and I am passionate about cooking.


My love for gastronomy goes back to my childhood in my mother’s kitchen. It is a passion that traces back to my roots on the Western Mediterranean coast (Alicante), where I was born.


As a Private Chef with 15 years of experience in New York, where I continue to work today, and in other parts of the world providing unique culinary experiences, I have developed a career marked by diversity and creativity.


My cuisine focuses on traditional Spanish and Mediterranean cooking, with a contemporary touch, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
